Years ago, we thought that agents were a waste of money. We met so many during open houses etc that seemed pushy and kind of sleazy.
Then we met another one. She was real. She was amazing. She listened. She took the time to truly understand what it was we needed. We’ve bought 2 homes and sold 1 through her, and I can honestly say I would never use anyone else, family and friends included.
This woman was so bang on with everything, from listing prices, damage in homes, structural elements, neighbourhoods, you name it.
When we sold our home, there was a mix up on the buyer’s end. Legally we were fine, but because our agent has so much integrity, she addressed the issue on her own.

This is not someone you’ll find on a bus bench or a billboard, as she doesn’t need to advertise to still be a top producer in the market.
